Blogging Conference, Organizing Bags, and a Baby Bump
posted by Andrea | 05/21/2011This weekend I’m attending and speaking at Gleek Retreat — a blogging conference right here in West Michigan — and I’m so excited for everything I’m going to learn and for all the amazing blogging friends I’ll FINALLY get to meet “in real life”.
I’ll share more about the blogging conference next week, but I just wanted to show you the fun new organizing utility tote bag I got from my cousin {and it’s PERFECT for this conference}
Not only is this organizing tote super cute, it’s also really light weight, and has a million pockets to keep all my technology, business things, {and snacks} organized! It’s perfect.
I’m so excited to use my new organizing tote, but I’m even more excited to announce that this bag will be part of an awesome gift package {from my cousin and Thirty-One bags} which will be one of the giveaways for my huge birthday giveaway celebration!
Yippee!
Oh, and just for fun, here’s a picture taken this morning with my bag…and my mini baby bump.
Just over 17 weeks now 
I know…it’s kind-of sad and non-existent, but I’ve been getting hounded for belly pics and I even tried to push it out a little for you!

Saved me a lot of money as i was able to Fit my normal jeans throughout the preagnancy. I am sure you can buy them in the us too – or even make one yourself

My cousin gave me a few Bella Bands, which also allow me to wear my “normal” pants {unbuttoned} with this band over top. It just looks like the bottom of a tank top over my pants and it’s really comfortable to wear.

21/05/2011You are adorable!! I LOVE 31 bags, my sis-in-law sells them and donates her profit to charity of her party hosts’ choosing. Just used one at a homeschool conference we attended this weekend and it was perfect!

If my rough calculations are correct, you’re due sometime close to my older son’s birthday – he will be 14 on Nov. 4th (holy cow – I *really* can’t believe I’m the mom of a teenager, lol).

I would be perfectly fine if I didn’t “show” much…I don’t want to get so huge!
And yes, your calculations are correct, I’m due late Oct / early Nov. They told me with the first baby, there’s about a 2 week window on either side of the due date so we’ll see when “it” comes!

23/05/2011I completely missed seeing your bump this weekend! I did not notice at all. Congratulations!!! Now, all those wonderful tips that you gave us and said “I know you may not want to listen to me because I don’t have kids” will truly be put to the test! In either case, I soaked up all of your wonderful advice and am started on some organizing today thanks to you.

Yes, I’m not showing much {which is fine by me!} I definitely wasn’t broadcasting it at the blogging retreat either
And yes, now I’ll be able to put all my “preachings” into practice. Hopefully I can do it…

23/05/2011Enjoy the tiny bump while it’s tiny. I’m now into my 20th week, and it seems like the bump just crept up on me overnight. At the beginning of last week, I was hardly showing, and now my “comfy” work pants are tight when buttoned.
